Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships. For custom or styled wigs, please allow additional processing time as stated in the product description. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
